Custom Policy Number
Allows setting a policy number to be added to SiteLink when a customer takes out insurance during their online move-in.
A range of numbers can be provided in the ‘Insurance Policy Number Range’, Rapidstor will then take a number from this range as the Policy Number token. Other tokens from SiteLink such as the customers name, unit number, ledgerID, tenantID are also available to use.
Policy Count to Notify Site allows setting a value if using the policy range numbers, when the remaining number of policy numbers are close to being used up an email can be sent to the facility as a warning to update the policy number range.

Insurance
Additional settings are available to change the text that appears on the insurance selection when completing a move-in, which include the insurance acceptance/decline and the text that appears just above the insurance coverage selector.
